Please advise any dietary requirements upon booking. Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Voucher is for 2 tickets for a Mediaeval Banquet event, overnight stay and breakfast the following morning. Once initially redeemed, any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit and refunds will not be made on part used vouchers. Voucher cannot be redeemed until 24 hours after purchase. If your voucher has expired, we cannot extend the validity period. Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. Events are subject to availability. Please print and present the voucher upon arrival as a method of payment, please note without this, we will require full payment. If your order was placed prior to 1pm it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.
